Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://lrpaintingstonypoint.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, LR Painting markets and arranges Residential Painting, Commercial Painting, Pressure Washing, Deck Painting, Ceiling Painting. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by LR Painting or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. LR Painting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will LR Painting's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify LR Painting from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Choice of Law. NC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
